About the position

As our AI developer you will become part of Group IT, where you will be responsible for developing and scaling AI solutions across the organisation.

You will join at an exciting stage, where we are building our AI capabilities from the ground up. This means that you will be part of the first wave shaping how AI solutions are developed, integrated, and scaled across DLG.

You will work across the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from translating business needs into technical designs to implementation and operation in production. You will do this in close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and data/security teams.

In this role you will:

You will work hands-on with the development and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs.

You will:

• Develop and maintain AI agents, copilots and automated workflows

•  Translate business requirements into technical solutions

•  Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, platforms and data sources

•  Ensure quality, security, and governance in delivered solutions

•  Contribute to reusable components and shared standards

•  Support implementation and adoption of AI solutions across the business

About you

You have a technical background and hands-on experience with AI solutions. You are motivated by building solutions that work in practice and create value, and you are excited about being part of establishing something new.

• Have hands-on experience with AI, automation, or LLM-based solutions

• Understand system integration, APIs, and working with data

Practical information

The position is full-time and based in either Fredericia or Flensburg. Start date is expected to be in September/October.
