Drive Financial Transformation and Shape Global Processes at DLG

Are you passionate about processes, end-to-end thinking, and driving business transformation? DLG Group is on an exciting transformation journey, and we are looking for a Business Process Manager with a strong financial background to lead and optimize Finance processes across our global organization.

About the Role

You will act as a key driver of strategic process optimization and transformational change, creating business cases for finance optimization projects and collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance business with project and portfolio management, to deliver on the overall transformation process and ensure that initiatives are being successfully implemented
• Analyze, clarify, and document business issues related to Net Working Capital
• Collaborate with process owners and ensure progress across stakeholders and projects to support our transformation journey, focusing on cross-functional alignment
• Collaborate globally to ensure alignment across departments, supporting decision-making with clear communication, governance, and transparent progress reporting
• Contribute to strong working relationships across DLG Group and with external partners
• Collaborate to map, develop, and optimize processes, systems, and documentation, ensuring that changes are scalable and aligned with the global operating model
• Define business requirements, ensure smooth implementation of system-related changes (e.g. ERP or business applications) and facilitating organizational adoption

Your Profile

You have a strong foundation in IT or Finance, combined with experience in process optimization and project management. Your ability to navigate complex organizations and connect the dots across departments makes you a natural driver of change. You are persistent and proactive, with excellent communication skills that helps you engage senior stakeholders confidently and without hesitation.

Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Danish or German is an advantage. You are comfortable working with MS Office and have a broad business understanding paired with deep financial insight. Most importantly, you thrive in a collaborative environment, handle challenges constructively, and maintain focus on delivering results.

Travel activity between the office locations, especially between Flensburg and Fredericia, must be expected.
