Your mission

As a Data Scientist, you help us turn data into action. You design and build machine learning models, develop data pipelines, and empower our businesses with insights that drive better decisions — from agriculture and animal nutrition to energy and mobility.

In this role, you will:

• Build and deploy machine learning and AI models that deliver direct business value
• Create Python-based tools for data preprocessing, feature engineering and automation
• Work with Azure ML and Azure Functions to run scalable, reliable pipelines
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across countries and business units
• Translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights
• Contribute to our group-wide data journey and help shape our digital future

Who you are

You are curious by nature. You like solving problems. And you care about creating meaningful impact with your work.

You also bring:

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or similar
• Experience in data analysis, machine learning and model deployment
• Strong Python skills (Pandas, Scikit-Learn etc.)
• Experience with Azure (a plus, not a must)
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly
• Fluency in English and German
