Finance Specialist

Join Group Finance & Tax and play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting, accounting compliance, and continuous improvement of finance processes across the DLG Group.

About the role

As Finance Specialist, you will be part of Group Finance & Tax and play a key role in supporting the Group's financial reporting, consolidation processes, and finance transformation initiatives. You will work closely with finance teams across the DLG Group, driving consistency in reporting, supporting complex accounting matters, and contributing to group-wide finance projects that strengthen financial transparency and decision-making.

Your responsibilities

• Support the preparation, consolidation, and closing of the DLG Group's financial statements
• Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of Group consolidation and reporting processes
• Participate in cross-functional Group Finance projects and finance transformation initiatives
• Participate in accounting assessments related to acquisitions, divestments, and corporate transactions
• Perform fair value valuations and provide accounting guidance to finance stakeholders
• Maintain and develop global reporting structures, controls, and governance processes
• Drive improvements in finance processes, reporting quality, and financial transparency across the Group
• Collaborate with finance teams internationally to ensure consistent application of accounting policies and reporting standards

Your profile

We imagine that you:

• Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• Are curious, analytical, and motivated by solving challenges
• Collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
• Have experience within Group Finance, Financial Controlling, Audit, or Accounting
• Possess sound accounting and financial reporting competencies
• Have experience working in an international business environment
• Are fluent in Danish and English; German is an advantage
• Are flexible and willing to support the team when needed
