Drive transformation across borders – lead DLG’s global continuous improvement

Are you ready to take the lead on driving operational excellence across borders and functions? We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Continuous Improvement to spearhead optimization initiatives across global production sites within the DLG Group. In this strategic role, you will lead the development and implementation of a holistic Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy that drives efficiency, delivers measurable EBITDA impact, and aligns with DLG’s agricultural production goals.

As the CI leader, you’ll shape how the production system evolves—from individual plant initiatives to cross-country transformation programs—embedding a lean and value-driven culture across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the CI production strategy for DLG’s Agriculture business and its associates.

• Design and coordinate CI initiatives within global production areas.

• Translate CI priorities into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and governance mechanisms.

• Lead root-cause analysis and optimize production and supply chain processes using lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, SMED, shop floor management).

• Drive cultural change and embed continuous improvement thinking into the end-to-end production value chain.

• Lead and mentor a team of CI experts and coach local teams in improvement methodologies.

• Align stakeholders across functions, sites, and geographies to ensure buy-in and implementation.

• Anticipate and manage CI risks via structured governance and escalation.

• Own the annual continuous improvement planning cycle and present progress to senior management.

• EBITDA impact aligned with DLG’s ReGen transformation program

• Timely milestone delivery for ReGen and future CI programs

• Establishment of a global cross-functional CI function with clear governance
  
  

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in driving continuous improvement in a production-heavy environment

• Track record of using lean methods to deliver operational excellence and cost efficiency

• Leadership experience in cross-functional and cross-country teams

• Deep understanding of production systems and value chains in agriculture or related industries

• Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on execution mindset

• Lead annual CI cycles and report to executive leadership
