Are you ready to lead and optimize global Procure-to-Pay processes? DLG Group is on an exciting transformation journey, and we’re looking for an experienced leader to head our P2P organization within Finance Operations.

About the Role
As Head of Procure-to-Pay, you will lead two teams with a total of 20 employees located in Flensburg and Fredericia, where you will be based in Fredericia. These teams are now united under one global P2P function, covering the entire process for the DLG Group. Your mission is to drive efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement, while working closely with Procurement and Finance to shape the processes of the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of the P2P process from invoice receipt to vendor payment
• Lead and develop the P2P team through coaching and clear goal setting
• Ensure accurate invoice handling in compliance with policies and controls
• Design, document, and improve processes to eliminate bottlenecks and increase automation
• Monitor daily operations, resolve issues, and manage escalations
• Collaborate with Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process alignment
• Contribute to strategic priorities as part of the Finance Operations Management team

Your Profile
You have a strong foundation in finance and solid experience within Procure-to-Pay processes. You thrive on implementing new technologies and driving automation, and you approach challenges with persistence and a proactive mindset. Strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and lead your team with clarity and confidence. Fluency in English is essential, while Danish or German is an advantage. You are comfortable working with MS Office and have experience with ERP systems and workflow tools. Finally, you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are motivated by delivering tangible results. Travel between Flensburg and Fredericia should be expected.
