About the position

As IT Operations Asset Specialist, you will play a key role in securing accurate and complete IT asset data that supports operations, lifecycle management, security, and compliance requirements.

You will join our IT Operations organization and work closely with colleagues in CMDB, vulnerability management, security and governance.

 

In this role you will:

Asset inventory & Data quality

  • Maintain a complete and accurate asset inventory
  • Ensure high-quality data and resolve discrepancies
  • Reduce unknown/unmanaged assets over time

 

Automation & Integration

  • Drive automation of asset onboarding and offboarding
  • Ensure integrations with IAM, CMSB, monitoring, patching, backup and security tooling
  • Enforce standard onboarding/offboarding playbooks per asset class

 

Lifecycle Governance

  • Define and govern end-to-end asset lifecycle standards
  • Align lifecycle processes across Network, Server, Cloud, Security, and Monitoring teams

 

Mandate & Interfaces

  • Own standards, lifecycle definitions and data quality
  • Collaborate with Service/Platform owners on operational performance
  • Ensure projects engage Asset Management before go-live

 

About you

  • Bring experience within IT asset management, CMDB or infrastructure operations
  • Work in a structured and detail-oriented way
  • Have strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Communicate clearly across functions and stakeholders
  • Possess good English language skills (both written and spoken)
  • Thrive in a role that requires coordination and cross-functional collaboration

Practical information
