IT Specialist - Modern workplace

About the position

As part of our IT Operations team, you will support colleagues across the organisation with their daily IT needs and help ensure a stable and efficient digital workplace.

Working with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Windows, and mobile devices, you will ensure that employees have the tools and support they need to work effectively every day.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business, resolve technical issues, and help maintain and improve workplace services. This is an opportunity to join a team where technical expertise, service focus, and continuous development are valued.

In this role, you will:

• Handle and resolve user requests and incidents via phone and ticketing systems
• Provide technical support and guidance related to Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, and mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors and external support partners when required
• Support and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and workplace technologies in a modern end-user computing environment
• Deliver reliable and customer-oriented IT support to colleagues across the organization
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of workplace services and processes

About you

You are motivated by solving technical challenges and providing reliable support to end users. You take a proactive approach to your work, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and understand the importance of delivering a positive user experience.

We imagine that you:

• Have completed an IT-related education or bring equivalent professional experience
• Have experience with Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, Windows 10/11, and endpoint management
• Have some experience supporting printers, print environments, or related workplace technologies
• Enjoy providing user-focused support and understanding the needs of end users
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
• Take initiative and are motivated to develop your areas of responsibility
• Are fluent in english, both written and spoken
