Integration Developer for DLG Group IT - creating cohesion in the digital ecosystem of the future

Lokation:

Fredericia, DK, 7000

Ansøgningsfrist:  28 June 2026

Do you want to play a key role in one of Denmark’s largest and most ambitious companies – in a close-knit integration team where you are given responsibility, freedom, and real influence on how DLG connects its digital business across Europe?

At DLG Group IT, we bring business and technology together. We design, develop, and implement integrations that make systems work seamlessly across DLG and our European subsidiaries. We are now expanding our team and are looking for an Integration Developer who is passionate about creating elegant, efficient, and future-proof solutions.

About the position

DLG is in the midst of an exciting digital transformation. Our hybrid integration platform, built on SAP and Microsoft Azure, supports, among other things, ReGen, a strategic transformation program where data, automation, and innovation go hand in hand.

We actively develop our Digital Integration Hub and are moving towards a more event-driven architecture. As our Integration Developer, you will be part of the team that makes this a reality, working closely with colleagues, business stakeholders, and subsidiaries across Europe.

In this role you will:

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, where you help shape how data and processes flow across DLG. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing integrations that connect systems end to end
  • Contributing to the development of the Digital Integration Hub and event-driven integration patterns
  • Acting as a technical sparring partner for projects and subsidiaries across the organisation
  • Taking part in developing and using AI-enabled capabilities withing the integration landscape

About you

You enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business and want to be part of a team where integrations play a central role in enabling digital transformation across an international organisation. In this role, you bring both technical insight and a collaborative mindset to your work.

We imagine that you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience with integration development or similar roles
  • Have experience with either the Microsoft Azure integration stack or SAP Integration Suite and are motivated to further develop your competencies
  • Are comfortable translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Work in a structured way, take ownership, and appreciate collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken

What we offer

At DLG, you will join a small, strong integration team where collaboration, professionalism, and influence go hand in hand. You will not be a small cog in a large machine, nor will you be left alone with responsibility. Instead, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and play a central role in connecting systems, data, and business processes across an international group.

We offer a role with a strong connection between ideas and execution, where curiosity, feedback, and knowledge sharing are part of everyday work. More specifically, you can expect:

  • A close-knit team of dedicated integration specialists, working with both SAP and Microsoft Azure technologies
  • Broad technological exposure across multiple ERP platforms, business domains, and integration patterns
  • The opportunity to contribute to the development of the Digital Integration Hub, and the move towards a more event-driven architecture
  • Daytime working hours, no on-call duty, with a healthy work-life balance
  • Flexible working conditions and attractive employment terms, including pension and other benefits
