Process Manager

DLG Group is undergoing an exciting digital transformation, and as Process Manager, you will play a central role in harmonizing processes across functions and markets. You ensure governance, transparency, operational excellence, and readiness for automation and AI. The role sits within the COO organization and is part of the Digital Sales & Process Transformation team.

Your responsibilities

• • Lead end-to-end process improvement and harmonization initiatives across functions and markets
  • Analyze, model, and document core processes according to DLG standards
  • Translate business requirements into process designs, roles, responsibilities, and decision paths
  • Establish and maintain a consistent governance framework for assigned processes
  • Define and monitor process KPIs and lead regular performance and review routines
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies, data governance standards, and IT/architecture guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with the AI Manager, RPA Developer, Product Owners and business units to integrate automation and AI
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops, decision forums, and alignment sessions
  • Drive consistency in BPM methods, tools, and best practices across Business Units and Corporate Functions
  • Maintain high-quality process documentation, governance models, and standards

Your profile

• • 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Business Development or Management Consulting
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional process optimization initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of BPM methods; Lean/Six Sigma preferred
  • Ability to structure complexity and communicate clearly across stakeholder groups
  • Experience working with governance frameworks, roles, KPIs and process architectures
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

• • Understanding of digital transformation, automation and data-driven processes
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or Danish an advantage
  • Structured, analytical, solution-oriented and execution-driven mindset
