Do you thrive in a role where structure meets negotiation? At Vilofoss, we are looking for a new colleague who enjoys balancing responsibility for smaller product categories with the coordination of international import processes. This is a role for someone who is just as motivated by working with systems and data as by evaluating suppliers, negotiating agreements, and building strong relationships.

What the role is about
As Purchaser, you will manage your own product categories from end to end – from sourcing and supplier evaluation to price negotiations and order handling. At the same time, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth import process, coordinating orders and logistics together with colleagues in Denmark and Germany. You will be part of a motivated purchasing team that works across borders, where English is the common language, and where only limited travel activity is required.

Who we are looking for
We imagine that you bring:

• Experience in purchasing or supply chain, ideally with knowledge of import processes
• Advantage if you have worked in the food or feed industry, providing insight into quality standards and supplier landscapes
• A structured and reliable working style
• A flair for IT systems, confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills for supplier evaluation, negotiation, and building long-term partnerships
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, for smooth collaboration across Denmark and Germany
