Your mission

As a Quantitative Optimization Analyst, you are the technical mind behind our portfolio. You design and run the advanced tools that drive risk evaluations and trading decisions. You will help us embed analytics at the core of our commercial model by building robust, scalable models that support high quality decisions across the organization.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Build and improve the quantitative tools used for agricultural portfolio optimization.
  • Create model frameworks like optimization algorithms and scenario simulations to evaluate market positions.
  • Ensure model results are accurate and ready for daily business discussions.
  • Validate models against historical performance and current market trends.
  • Document your methodologies clearly to ensure transparency in how our models work.
  • Explain complex analyses to colleagues with different levels of technical experience.
  • Test new methods and logic to help the team continuously improve.

 

Who you are

You are curious and enjoy solving logical problems. You have a structured way of working and care about the quality of your data.

 

You also bring:

  • Experience in quantitative modeling, data analysis, or risk modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills including scenario simulation.
  • Programming skills in Python, C+, R, optimization software
  • The ability to explain technical work in a clear, business oriented way.
  • An interest in portfolio optimization and risk management.
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge assumptions with facts.
