Your mission

As our S&OP Process Lead, you are the orchestrator of our tactical alignment. You will create and drive an effective, integrated S&OP process that brings together supply, demand, financials and strategic priorities. Your mission is to ensure that DLG operates with a single, agreed plan by shepherding transparent trade-offs and providing the data-driven insights necessary for high-level decision making.

In this role, you will:

• Facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle to ensure cross-functional alignment across the organization.
• Create the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan and overall methodology to make risks and imbalances visible early.
• Create crop intake and commercial sales forecasts and ensure appropriate sign-off on tactical plans.
• Support the development of quantitative models like optimization algorithms and scenario simulations.
• Provide visibility on the financial impacts of supply and demand imbalances through scenario planning.
• Drive strategic discussions on capacity, portfolio priorities and risk mitigation.
• Hold stakeholders accountable for data quality and preparation to ensure a fact-based dialogue.
• Act as a central anchor for planning standards, process governance and documentation.

Who you are

You are a structured leader who thrives in the intersection between data and people. You have the analytical depth to understand complex capacity constraints and the communication skills to translate them into clear tactical choices.

You also bring:

• Solid experience within S&OP, supply chain planning or demand/supply balancing.
• Strong analytical capabilities and an interest in quantitative problem solving.
• Experience facilitating senior-level decision-making across production, commercial and finance.
• A methodical approach to documentation and a commitment to high data integrity.
• The ability to challenge assumptions constructively and ensure that only validated data drives our decisions.
• A collaborative mindset and the drive to lead a newly established and vital business function.
