As our new Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping DLG’s performance management framework. You will deliver critical analyses and insights that support our strategic ambitions and act as a trusted partner to Business Finance and key leaders across the organization.

 

In this role, you will drive the continuous enhancement of our reporting landscape, elevate the quality and clarity of insights, and help ensure that top management can make informed decisions based on a strong analytical foundation.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide top management transparency into the performance and outlook for business areas of DLG, including detailed financial analyses and insights
  • Ensure DLG’s strategic aspirations are continuously reflected in actionable financial/ non-financial KPI’s anchored across the organization
  • Drive financial processes such as forecasting and budgeting, while contributing to the development and definition of standards for financial planning processes and reporting (e.g., tools and templates)
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to implement improvements in financial processes, systems and procedures

 

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, FP&A, business development, or a similar finance function—preferably in an international environment
  • Solid expertise within performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, paired with a proactive mindset and an understanding of complex economic contexts
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint (VBA is a plus). Experience with EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan), Power BI, SQL, or SAP BPC is an advantage
  • Excellent command of Danish and English, written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
