We are looking for a Senior Strategy Project Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation team. In this role, you will be at the center of DLG Group's corporate strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment across business units and driving major cross-functional transformation programs such as ReGen, a large scale multi-year transformation working across topics, and business areas. This is a unique opportunity to influence the long-term direction and performance of the company, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of DLG Group’s corporate strategy, including the annual strategic planning cycle
  • Design and drive strategic initiatives and transformation programs
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms
  • Collaborate with Strategy Business Partners to align business group input with corporate strategy
  • Facilitate executive workshops and craft compelling strategic narratives
  • Identify synergies across business units and functions to drive growth and efficiency
  • Govern and mitigate risks to ensure success of our transformation
  • Prepare strategic materials for Executive Committee (EC) meetings and Board meetings

  • Effective execution and impact of strategic initiatives
  • Timely milestone delivery of ReGen and other key programs
  • Strategic influence on decision-making processes
  • Quality, clarity, and adoption of strategic outputs across functions

 

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience (3-6 years) within management consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management and influence at executive levels.
  • Ability to drive cross-organizational alignment and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experienced managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
