Strategy Business Partner - Animal Nutrition Business Group

Do you want to drive and execute the strategy of the Animal Nutrition Business Group in DLG Group?

We are looking for a Strategy Business Partner for our Animal Nutrition Business Group to join our Strategy & Transformation team. You will play a significant role as the link between the central Strategy & Transformation team and our Animal Nutrition Business Group ensuring alignment of DLG Group’s strategic priorities with the business group strategies, provide insights on emerging risks and market dynamics and ensure delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives (incl. our large-scale transformation program ReGen). This is a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction and performance of an important business group working directly with the management.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster ownership of strategic objectives within the Animal Nutrition Business Group while ensuring alignment at group level
• Analyze and synthesize insights on market outlook, competitors, and customers within the building materials industry
• Act as the anchor point between the Animal Nutrition Business Group and the Strategy & Transformation team
• Integrate input to the annual business strategy wheel from the Animal Nutrition Business Group
• Translate group strategy into actionable guidance for business group leadership
• Monitor and report on progress of strategic and transformation initiatives at the business group level
• Develop meeting material for the EVP of the Animal Nutrition Business Group for, e.g., Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and external meetings

KPIs and Success Measures

• Strategic alignment between business unit and corporate plans
• Timely, high-quality input into strategy planning cycles
• Effective coordination with central S&T team
• Execution of initiatives within business groups

What we are looking for

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in management consulting or strategy roles ideally with experience with the agriculture industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
• Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management and influence at executive levels.
• Ability to drive cross-organizational alignment and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in German and English
