Strategy Project Manager

About the position

As Strategy Project Manager, you will become part of our Strategy & Transformation team, where you will play a central role in developing and executing DLG Group's corporate strategy. Working closely with senior leaders and colleagues across business units and functions, you will translate strategic priorities into action and help drive major cross-functional transformation programmes, including ReGen, our large-scale, multi-year transformation. This is an opportunity to influence where DLG Group goes next and to help make strategy happen in practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of DLG Group's corporate strategy, including the annual strategic planning cycle
• Design and drive strategic initiatives and transformation programmes that will shape DLG Group's future
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, KPIs and tracking mechanisms
• Partner with our Strategy Business Partners to bring perspectives from across the business together into one shared corporate strategy
• Facilitate executive workshops and develop clear strategic narratives and decision materials
• Identify opportunities for collaboration across business units and functions that can unlock growth and efficiency
• Support governance, risk management and preparation of strategic materials for Executive Committee meetings

About you

We imagine that you:

• Have 2-4 years of relevant experience within corporate strategy, management consulting, transformation or a similar field
• Bring strong analytical skills and a structured, strategic approach to complex challenges
• Communicate clearly and confidently and are comfortable managing and influencing stakeholders at senior and executive level
• Are able to create alignment across functions and business units and translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes
• Have experience supporting or managing large-scale, cross-functional programmes or initiatives
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and combine a hands-on mindset with a strong focus on quality and delivery
